Our Learning Disability & Autism Support service provides specialist, person-centred care tailored to individual needs, helping Clients build confidence, develop life skills, and engage in the community.

Need help with daily routines such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication Require assistance with communication and social interactions Want to develop life skills for greater independence Benefit from structured routines and a supportive environment Require support in accessing education, work, or social activities
We create a tailored care plan to meet each Client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.
Personal Care Support – Assistance with hygiene, dressing, and daily routines Structured Routines & Stability – Providing a consistent and reassuring environment Life Skills Development – Support with cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and travel Social Engagement – Encouraging participation in hobbies, activities, and community events Communication Support – Helping Clients express themselves and build relationships Medication & Health Monitoring – Ensuring medication is taken correctly and health needs are met Education & Employment Support – Assisting with school, college, or job opportunities
