About 11 years ago, one of our founders encountered a profoundly personal challenge when their parents were diagnosed with Parkinson’s and Dementia. At that time, the cost of private in-home care was prohibitive, leading to the tough decision to place them in a care facility. Sadly, after only a few months in an environment that lacked adequate support, their parents passed away. This heartbreaking experience fueled our determination to find a better solution for individuals needing assistance, allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

Motivated by a desire to make a meaningful impact, we set out to offer affordable, private in-home care. Initially, our model faced obstacles due to the high costs associated with providing exceptional care. However, we eventually discovered ways to restructure our operations to achieve financial balance. Today, we are proud to offer a sustainable in-home care service that ensures every individual receives compassionate support from skilled caregivers while covering our operational expenses.

Our journey has never been about seeking recognition. It’s about ensuring that those who wish to stay in their homes can do so with dignity, safety, and independence. After successfully serving clients across mainland UK, we expanded to Guernsey a few years ago. At first, we realized our rates were too high for many residents, but after careful adjustments, we introduced very competitive charge out rates, making our services more accessible to the local community.
